Monday, October 12 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = Core and Ice

Long = 13-14 miles

Middle = 11-12 miles

Short = 8-10 miles

Tuesday, October 13 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = Abs & Ice

Hill Run

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles

Wednesday, October 14 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = Core & Abs

2x1600 @ 3200 pace w/ equal rest + 4x400 @ 1600p w/ 1 min rest 

ALL = 6 miles (1.5wu + workout + 1.5cd)

PM VB = 5 miles

PM VG = 4 miles 

Thursday, October 15 (practice @ 5:45am)

Recovery Run

6th period = Abs & Ice

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles

Friday, October 16 (practice @ 5:45am)

Premeet

6th period = ICE

Long = 6 miles

Middle = 5 miles

Short = 4 miles

Saturday, October 17 (Bell Gardens Invitational)

Core & Abs after cool down

Varsity = 8 miles

Non Varsity = 7 miles

Sunday, October 18 (on your own)

Varsity = 3 miles

Total Miles

Long = 57-62

Middle = 45-50 miles

Short = 37 miles
