Tuesday, July 14 (practice @ Ayala Park 6:30am)

Long = 9 miles (5 @ AT pace)

Middle = 9 miles (4.5 @ AT pace)

Short = 8 miles (4 @ AT pace)

Time Trial Group = 6-8 miles
