Monday, November 4 (practice for varsity is at 6am, everyone is 6:30am)

Varsity Boys - 12 miles (easy out, medium back)

Varsity Girls - 11 miles (easy out, medium back)

Non varsity boys - 7 miles

Non varsity girls - 6 miles

PM - ALL = varsity weight room/ non varsity - core/ abs only

Tuesday, November 5 (practice at 6th period)

Recovery Run

Varsity Boys - 8 miles

Varsity Girls - 7 miles

Non varsity boys - 6 miles

Wednesday, November 6 (practice at 5:45am)

Varsity - 6 miles (8x400 @ 1600dp w/ 1min rest) + 4 miles PM run

Thursday, November 7 (practice 6th period)
