Long Run varsity (recovery out, medium back)

Medium pace run (non varsity w/ 8x200s w/ 200 jog recovery)

PM Non Varsity weight room, core and abs (5x6), Varsity = core/abs

Varsity Boys - 13 miles

Varsity Girls - 11 miles

Non Varsity 6-8 miles w/ 8x200 sprints

Tuesday, October 22 (practice 6th period)

Recovery Run

AM Varsity 6am weight room (5x6)

Varsity Boys - 8 miles

Varsity Girls - 7 miles

Non Varsity - 5-7 miles

Wednesday, October 23 (practice @ 5:45am)

Non Varsity - 6 miles (3200m Time Trial) + core/abs pm

Varsity Boys - 8 miles @ medium pace + 5 miles pm

Varsity Girls - 7 miles @ medium pace + 4 miles pm

Thursday, October 24 (practice 6th period)

Recovery Run

AM Varsity 6am weight room 

Varsity Boys - 8 miles

Varsity Girls - 7 miles

Non Varsity - 5-7 miles

Friday, October 25 (practice @ 5:45am)

Non varsity - premeet 3-4 miles

Varsity Boys - 8 miles medium + 5 pm

Varsity Girls - 7 miles medium + 4 pm

Saturday, October 26 (Riverside Invitational)

Non Varsity - 7 miles (race)

Varsity Boys - 9 miles (AT run)

Varsity Girls - 8 miles (AT run)

Sunday, October 27 - OFF
