Monday, November 14 (practice @ 6am) 6th period = Abs Varsity Boys - 10-12 miles w/ 8x100 strides Varsity Girls - 8 miles w/ 8x100 strides Tuesday, November 15 (practice @ 6th period) Weight room - 1 set of 6 Varsity Boys = 7 miles Varsity Girls = 6 miles Wednesday, November 16 (practice @ 6am) 6th period = Abs Varsity Boys/ Mikaela = 7 miles (800/1600/800) Varsity Girls = 5 miles (1600m Time Trial + 4x200) Thursday, November 17 (practice @ 6th period) Recovery Run - no weight room Varsity Boys = 7 miles Varsity Girls = 6 miles Friday, November 18 (practice @ 6am) Premeet Varsity Boys = 5 miles Varsity Girls = 4 miles Saturday, November 19 (CIF Finals) ALL = 7 miles Sunday, November 20 (on own) ALL = 3 miles - shake out run
