Monday, October 31 (practice for varsity @ 6am/ Non varsity at 6:30)

6th period = Abs (varsity only)

Varsity Boys - 13-14 miles w/ 8x100 sprints

Varsity Girls - 10-11 miles w/ 8x100 sprints

Non Varsity Boys - 8 miles w/ 8x100 sprints

Non Varsity Girls - 7 miles w/ 8x100 sprints

Tuesday, November 1 (practice @ 6am - everyone)

6th period - Weight room (varsity)

2:30pm = Team Pictures

Varsity Boys = AM 4 miles PM 7 miles

Varsity Girls = AM 4 miles PM 6 miles

Non Varsity Boys = 6 miles

Non Varsity Girls = 5 miles

Wednesday, November 2 (practice @ 6am - All)

6th period = Abs (varsity)

Varsity Boys = 6 miles

Varsity Girls = 5 miles

Non Varsity = 4 miles

Thursday, November 3 (practice @ 5:50am) 

6th period = weight room (varsity) 

ALL = 6 miles (2wu + 3200m Time Trial + 2cd)

Varsity PM 4 miles 

Friday, November 4 (practice @ 6am)

6th period = ICE

Recovery Run

Varsity Boys = 7 miles

Varsity Girls = 6 miles

Non Varsity = 5 miles

Saturday, November 5 (practice @ 6:30am)

Varsity = 8-10x400 w/ equal rest

Sunday, November 6 (on own)

Varsity = 3 miles

Total Miles

Varsity Boys = 58-59 miles

Varsity Girls = 43-51 miles

Non Varsity Boys = 29 miles

Non Varsity Girls = 24 miles
