Monday, October 24 (practice schedule below)

6th period = Abs & Ice

Varsity athletes will meet at 6am

Non Varsity athletes will meet at 6:30am

Varsity Boys - 14 miles

Varsity Girls - 11 miles

Non Varsity - 5-6 miles 

Tuesday, October 25 (practice @ 6am)

6th period - Non Varstity weight room = 1x10

AM weight room - varsity = 2x10, Non varsity 1x10

Varsity Boys = 8 miles

AM Run = 3 miles

Varsity Girls = 7 miles

AM Run = 3 miles

Non Varsity = 4-6 miles = premeet

Wednesday, October 26 (practice @ 6am)

6th period = Abs & Ice

Varsity = 6 miles (2wu + 2x1600 @ 3200p w/ equal rest + 2cd)

Non Varsity = 5 miles (2wu + 1x1600 Time Trial + 2cd)

Thursday, October 27 (practice @ 6am)

6th period - Non Varstity weight room = 1x10

AM weight room - varsity = 2x10, Non varsity 1x10

Recovery Run

Varsity Boys = 8 miles

AM Run = 3 miles

Varsity Girls = 7 miles

AM Run = 3 miles

Non Varsity = 4-6 miles

Friday, October 28 (practice @ 6am)

6th period = ICE

Premeet

Varsity = 5 miles

Non Varsity = 4 miles

Saturday, October 29 (Palomares League Finals)

ALL = 7-8 miles

Sunday, October 30 (On own)

Varsity = 3 miles shake out run

Total Miles

Varsity Boys = 58 miles

Varsity Girls = 53 miles

Non Varsity = 30-35 miles
