Monday, October 17 (practice @ 6:30am)

6th period = ABS

Group 1 – 9 miles (2wu + 5 @ AT pace + 2cd)

Group 2 – 8.5 miles (2wu + 4.5 @ AT pace + 2cd)

Group 3 – 8 miles (2wu + 4 @ AT pace + 2cd)

Group 4 – 8 miles (same as group 3)

Group 5 – 7.5 miles (2wu + 3.5 @ AT pace + 2cd) 

Group 6 – 7.5 miles (2wu + 3.5 @ AT pace + 2cd)

Tuesday, October 18 (practice @ 6am)

Weight room (2 sets of 10) – varsity
