Kayla McBride, a junior at Ayala High in California, placed second in the girls invitational 400 meters in 54.91 and finished fifth in the invitational 200 meters in a wind-aided 24.13 seconds at the 63rd Mt. SAC Relays at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif.
