Monday, November 2 (practice @ 6am)

6th period = Varsity Core/ Non varsity must sit in stands until bell rings!!

Varsity Boys = 9 miles 

Varsity Girls = 8 miles

Non Varsity = 4 miles - premeet 

Tuesday, November 3 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = Varsity Abs & Ice/ Non varsity must sit in stands until bell rings!!

Varsity = 6 miles (2wu + 2x1600 @ 3200pace + 2cd)

PM = VB = 4 miles/ VG 3 miles

Non Varsity = 5 miles (2wu + 1600 Time Trial + 2cd)

Wednesday, November 4 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = Varsity Core & Ice/ Non Varsity must sit in stands until bell rings!!

Recovery Run

Varsity Boys = 7 miles

Varsity Girls = 6 miles 

Non Varsity = 5 miles

Thursday, November 5 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = Varsity Abs & Ice/ Non Varsity must sit in stands until bell rings!!

Premeet

Varsity Boys = 6 miles

Varsity Girls = 5 miles

Non varsity = 4 miles

Friday, November 6 (practice @ 5:45am)

6th period = Varsity Core & Ice/ Non Varsity must sit in stands until bell rings!!

Time Trial 3 mile on track!

ALL = 7 miles (2wu + race + 2cd)

PM = VB 4 miles/ GV 3 miles

Saturday, November 7 (practice @ 6:30am)

Varsity = Abs & Ice

Varsity Boys = 12 miles 

Varsity Girls = 10 miles

Non Varsity = 6 miles 

Sunday, November 8 (OFF!)

Varsity Girls = 48 miles

Non Varsity = 31 miles
