Varsity Boys = 9 miles Varsity Girls = 8 miles Non Varsity = 4 miles - premeet Tuesday, November 3 (practice @ 5:45am) 6th period = Varsity Abs & Ice/ Non varsity must sit in stands until bell rings!! Varsity = 6 miles (2wu + 2x1600 @ 3200pace + 2cd) PM = VB = 4 miles/ VG 3 miles Non Varsity = 5 miles (2wu + 1600 Time Trial + 2cd) Wednesday, November 4 (practice @ 5:45am) 6th period = Varsity Core & Ice/ Non Varsity must sit in stands until bell rings!!
