Monday, October 5 (practice @ 6am - meet at Ayala Park)

6th period = Core & Ice!

Long = 10 miles (2wu + 5 @ AT pace + 3cd back to Ayala HS)

Middle = 8-10 miles (2wu + 4-4.5 @ AT pace + 2-3cd back to Ayala HS)

Short = 8-9 miles (2wu + 4 @ AT pace +2-3cd back to Ayala HS)

Tuesday, October 6 (practice @ 5:45am)

Recovery Run

6th period = Abs & Ice

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles

Wednesday, October 7 (practice @ 5:45am)

Speed Workout 3-4x150 strides + 2-3x30m @ 97% + 3-4x120m @ 100%

6th period = Core & Ice

Long = 7 miles (2wu + workout + 4 mile run)

Middle = 6 miles (2wu + workout + 3 mile run)

Short = 5 miles (2wu + workout + 2 mile run)

Thursday, October 8 (practice @ 5:45am)

Recovery Run

6th period = Abs + Ice

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles

Friday, October 9 (practice @ 5:45am for non Clovis group)

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles

Clovis Qualifiers = premeet on course in PM

Saturday, October 10 (Clovis Invitational or on your own)

Clovis = 7-8 miles 

Non Clovis = 5 miles on own

Sunday, October 11 (Clovis group)

Long = 3 miles

Middle = 2 miles

Total Miles

Long = 48 miles

Middle = 43 miles

Short = 36 miles
