Long = 14 miles w/ last mile pick up

Middle = 12 miles w/ last mile pick up

Short = 10 miles w/ last mile pick up

Newbies = 7-9 miles w/ last mile pick up

Tuesday, September 15 (practice @ 5:45am)

PM = Abs + Ice

Premeet

Long = 6 miles

Middle = 5 miles

Short = 4 miles

Wednesday, September 16 (NO AM practice) League Cluster #1 @ Legg Lake

No Core = Cheer for teammates! 

Depart by bus @ 1:30pm

Varsity = 8 miles (2wu + race + 3cd)

Non Varsity = 7 miles (2wu + race + 2cd)

Thursday, September 17 (practice @ 5:45am)

Recovery run

PM = Core + ICE!

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles

Friday, September 18 (practice @ 5:45am)

Premeet

PM = ICE!

Long = 6 miles

Middle = 5 miles

Saturday, September 19 (Woodbridge Invitational)

Abs after your cool down!

Varsity = 8 miles (2wu + race + 3cd)

Non Varsity = 7 miles (2wu + race + 2cd)

Sunday, September 20 (On your own)

Varsity = 4 miles

Non Varsity = 3 miles
