Monday, May 4 (League Prelims @ Ayala HS)

Varsity 3200m runners = 8 miles (2wu + 4@ AT pace + 2cd)

Non Qualifiers = 7 miles (3 @ AT pace)

Qualifers = 5-10 miles

Tuesday, May 5 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Recovery run

Long = 5 miles 

Middle = 4 miles

Short = 3 miles

Wednesday, May 6 (League Finals @ Ayala HS)

Non Qualifers - 5 miles = 2wu + 4x400 @ 1600gp w/ equal rest + 2cd

Qualifers = 5-10 miles

Thursday, May 7 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Recovery run

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles

Friday, May 8 (practice @ 5:45am)

Long = 5-7 miles

Middle = 4-6 miles

Short = 3-5 miles

Saturday, May 9 (practice @ 7am)

1600m Time Trial for non CIF Qualifers = 5 miles

CIF Qualifers = 10x400 @ 1600p w/ equal rest = 7 miles

Sunday, May 10 (on own)

CIF Boy Qualifers = 4 miles

CIF Girls Qualifers = 3 miles

 

Total Miles

Long = 32-48 miles

Middle = 29-45 miles

Short = 26-37 miles
