AT Run + Abs/core

Long = 9 miles (2wu + 5mi @ threshold pace + 2cd)

Middle = 8-9 miles (2wu + 4-4.5 @ threshold pace + 2cd)

Short = 7-8 miles (2wu + 3-4 @ threshold pace + 2cd)

Indoor Group = 5 miles (2wu + race + 2cd)

Tuesday, February 17 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Recovery run + weight room

Long = 8 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles

Wednesday, February 18 (practice @ 5:45am)

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 5 miles

Short = 4 miles

Thursday, February 19 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Hill Repeats
