Long = 11 miles w/ last mile pick up

Middle = 10 miles w/ last mile pick up

Short = 9 miles w/ last mile pick up

Tuesday, January 13 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Core/ Abs increase

Long = 9 miles

Middle = 8 miles

Short = 7 miles

Wednesday, January 14 (practice @ 5:45am)

Long = 8 miles

Middle = 7 miles

Short = 6 miles

Thursday, January 15 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Core/ Abs

Long = 8 miles (2wu + 10x100 w/ 2" recovery + 5mi run)

Middle = 7 miles (2wu + 10x100 w/ 2" recovery + 4mi run)

Short = 6 miles (2wu + 10x100 w/ 2" recovery + 3mi run)

Friday, January 16 (practice @ 5:45am)

Middle = 7 miles

Saturday, January 17 (practice @ 7am)

Fartlek run (30 on/ off)
