Monday, January 5 (practice @ 5:45am)

Long = 10 miles w/ last mile pick up

Middle = 9 miles w/ last mile pick up

Short = 7 miles w/ last mile pick up

Tuesday, January 6 (practice @ 1:30pm)

Long = 8 miles

Middle = 7 miles

Short = 6 miles

Wednesday, January 7 (practice @ 5:45am)

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles

Thursday, January 8 (practice @ 1:30pm)

10x100 sprints w/ 2mins recovery

Long = 8 miles = 2wu + 10x100 + 5 mile run

Middle = 7 miles = 2wu + 10x100 + 4 mile run

Short = 6 miles = 2wu + 10x100 + 3 mile run

Friday, January 9 (practice @ 5:45am)

Long = 7 miles

Middle = 6 miles

Short = 5 miles

Saturday, January 10 (practice @ Ayala Park 7am)

Time Trial 3 mile

Long = 8 miles (2wu + 3 race + 3cd)

Middle = 7 miles (2wu + 3 race + 2cd)

Short = 7 miles (same as middle)

Sunday, January 11 - OFF!

 

Total Miles

Long = 48 miles

Middle = 42 miles

Short = 36 miles
